XnovaAI is founded by Dr Min Huang, who brings over 30 years of experience spanning scientific research at the University of Oxford, deep-technology ventures in Cambridge, and board-level strategic advisory across China's technology sector.

This includes 15+ years of working directly with founders and controlling shareholders at critical inflection points — turnarounds, pre-listing preparations, business model pivots, governance crises, and cross-border structural transformations.
